Join us for our next Fall Carnival planning meeting! This year’s Fall Carnival will be held on October 23rd, and we are ready to get the planning started! Our next Fall Carnival Focus Meeting of the school year will be held on Oct 14th, 6:00–7:00 PM. The meeting will take place online. Please use the following Google Meets link to join then: https://bit.ly/AES-Booster-Club-Meeting We would love to have as many people involved as possible. This meeting will be a great opportunity to get organized, divide up responsibilities, and start putting all the pieces together for a successful carnival. At the meeting, we will be focusing on: Updates regarding volunteer needs Discussion on providing complimentary meal tickets and game punch cards Planning the food and refreshments Review of donation needs and responses Follow-up on donation request letters Review of carnival preparations and next steps
The Fall Carnival takes a lot of people working together to make it a fun and successful event for our students. Whether you have helped in the past or this will be your first time getting involved, we would love to have you join us! There are many different ways to help, and you don’t have to take on a big role to make a difference. If you’re interested in helping with food, games, donations, volunteering, or taking on one of the key positions, please come to the meeting and let us know.
