2023/2024 Meetings, Agendas, and Minutes

The Board shall hold one regular meeting each month, except July. Regular meetings will generally be held on the second Monday of each month. In the event that the second Monday falls on a school break or holiday, the regular meeting will be scheduled for the 1st or 3rd Monday. There are 2 meetings (a regular meeting followed by a special meeting) in June to accommodate budget adoption. Regular meetings shall begin at 6:00 p.m. with closed session, followed by open session at 7:00 p.m. Meeting location for the 2023/2024 school year will be determined by the end of June 2023.

ADDRESSING THE BOARD:   There are different ways individuals may choose to address the Board. To request an agenda item, submit the request in writing, along with supporting documents and information, to the Superintendent at least eight school days prior to a scheduled meeting date. Individuals may address items on the agenda when recognized by the Board President during the Public Comment period or when the Board President requests comments from the public while an item is being considered. Individuals may address items not on the agenda when recognized by the Board President during the Public Comment period. The Board shall not take action on any item not on the agenda.
